At Jahunda media it’s about telling stories ngenkani. We are adamant in the telling of stories. We seek them and hold them to value.

“iKontent Ngenkani”, is a philosophy that is born out of the necessity to communicate because the alternative is orchestrated silence.

“Inkani” is a nguni word which within context means to be audaciously resistant. It finds its strength when one thinks of the markets of Mthwakazi some 200+ years ago, or the protagonists of stories we hope to know in worlds we can’t yet fathom.

For us, it’s important to understand that our stories don’t always leave our circumstances the way they happened. As a company, we aim to unhinge the jaws of our community, clients and collaborators, to take a bite out of their intentions through creative storytelling.Our offering is to enchant through sight and sound, across various mediums and forms of digital production.

We’ve never bought into “The single narrative”, so we offer a perspective built on the virtues of creative collaboration. Our clients insist on walking the scenic route with us and through craft and innovation, we look beyond the short cuts. Our outlook is Pan African to the core and we have experience filming in over 50 countries around the world.
